Bill Gates, Microsoft's chairman and co-founder, will top the list of keynote speakers at the Government Leaders Forum in Abu Dhabi in January.
Microsoft, which is sponsoring the event, also confirmed the attendance of Shaikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of Economy.
More speakers are expected to be announced next week.
The forum will be held on January 27 and 28 at the Emirates Palace Hotel.
